KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for harvesting plants through the use of hands and machines on assigned harvest days at multiple facilities.
  • Harvesting responsibilities include chopping down plants, removing fan leaves and stalks, weighing plants and waste, transporting plants through facilities, organizing plants and labels, and maintaining machines with hand tools and solvents.
  • Adjusts techniques to various strains, styles, and types of marijuana being manicured to balance speed and quality.
  • Maintains established rate of manicured flowers per hour while maintaining quality standards
  • Clean and sanitize workspace and equipment
  • Other duties as assigned

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must hold a valid, or receive, a Colorado Marijuana Enforcement Division (MED) employee badge
  • High School Diploma or equivalent education

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous cannabis experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Standing for extended periods.
  • Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
  • Ability to lift and push/pull up to 75 lbs.

COMPENSATION DETAILS:

  • Pay range: $18.81-$19.25 actual pay will be determined based on qualifications.
  • Accrue paid time off (PTO) immediately; starting at 2 weeks per year
