Marijuana Infused Product (MIP) Packaging Associate

The Opportunity

Our MIP Packaging Associates are crucial to maintaining the flow of production and supplying all of our stores with freshly packaged concentrates! Future team members will possess strong attention to detail and are results driven. Entry level and experienced candidates are encouraged to apply.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Accurately weigh, package, and count all products
  • Accurately record all required information on batch records
  • Ensure that all forms of packaging and labels being used are correct and compliant
  • Identify and remove poor quality or nonconforming product
  • Package product following a specific set of instructions
  • Complete training on various machines
  • Participate in various food safety/general safety courses
  • Maintain a clean work space
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • MED Key/Support Badge
  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required
  • Reliable transportation
  • Regular attendance at scheduled hours is expected and considered an essential function necessary for the efficient operation of business.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous cannabis experience

Physical Requirements

  • Sitting or standing for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to perform the following physical tasks: sitting, standing, stooping, stretching, walking, bending, twisting, reaching, performing repetitive motions, and carrying boxes.
  • Ability to lift and push/pull up to 25lbs.
  • Pay Range - $15.00 - $16.00
